Introductory special for new clients:

"Introduction to the Movement Method"
4 week program * twice a week * 2 hours per session

Format

  • 60 minute education session on fitness fundamentals and nutrition
  • 30 minute warm-up
  • 30 minute resistance training work-out

Educational curriculum

  • Fitness principles: What you need to know
  • The Movement Method: Warm-up, cardio-respiratory training, resistance training, flexibility training
  • Nutrition for optimal performance
  • Tools for long-term success

$595 per individual or $833 per couple

Payment is due at the beginning of the first session.
